I'm stuck between the EVGA GTX 960 SSC and GIGABYTE GTX 960 G1 gaming.
I plan on overclocking whichever one I get, so I'd also like to know which one would overclock the highest in core speed and memory speed.
I plan on doing only 1080p gaming.
Any other GPU suggestion within this price range from nvidia would also be helpful

GIGABYTE makes a lot of amazing products. Never once has a gigabyte product failed to do what its supposed to do. The gpus fans are amazing, ( my little brother owns one). I help him overclock it by 60% so far and its temps are fairly low... 50-70C

You'd be disappointed to find that the EVGA is nosiest 960 available in the market. As far as the performance/money is concerned G1 is the best choice.
If you want to go for highest clock speed Inno3D is ahead there.
