Need help choosing a ISP for online PC gaming and streaming HD tv

Hello,

I am needing advice on what would be the better internet for online PC gaming and streaming HD tv.

Option 1.
Cableone - 50 mbps download and 3 mbps upload. They have options of 75 mpbs and 100 mbps but price goes up.

Option 2.
At&t - 45 mbps download and cant find their upload. They have an option of 75 mpbs but I'm not sure if its in my neighborhood.

I use 50mbps/10mbps and i think its a bit of an overkill. Its fun for sure to download fast but its pretty useless past a certain point. Get the 45 mbps if its cheaper you dont need 50 mbps. I upload a lot so the 10mbps is fun but really not necessary if you dont upload much. For gaming and watching hd tv anything over 25 mbps is fine!

Is there a big difference between cable Internet and u verse whatever that is

From what i read u verse is fiber. You wont really notice a real life difference but fiber is better, its the future.
