Question Need help choosing a monitor

As the title says... im looking for some input on what monitor/TV I should get for my gaming pc. Right now I have been using my 32" TCL 1080P 60hz Roku TV but heard that theres a big noticeable difference from 60hz to 120hz so I was wondering if my pc could use a 1080p 120hz based off my pc specs:

• Ryzen 7 2700 (OC to 4ghz) w/ NZXT Kraken x52 AIO
• Asus TUF X470-Plus Gaming
• HyperX Fury 32GB (16GB x 2) DDR4 3200 (OC to 3466)
• Asus TUF 3X GTX 1660 Super 6GB
• 1TB WD Black SN750 NVME M.2 SSD
• XFX TS-550 80+ Bronze PSU
