I’m new to pc building, this will be my first build and I’m not sure what motherboard to get.

Firstly I am not a gamer, have never played any popular game on pc and don’t intend to. The main use is for AutoCAD, web surfing and watching films.

I currently have a Ryzen 3 2200g CPU, I Intend to use this with the Vega 8 graphics and not get a dedicated GPU as I am on a tight budget. However I would like to use my 4K TV as the primary and only monitor so I’ve been looking for a budget motherboard with HDMI 2.0 so that I can watch films at 60hz at 4k resolution.

I also currently have 2x8gb ddr4 3000hz vengeance LPX ram and intend to buy a M.2 SSD.

So far I have found the Gigabyte B450 Aorus M at £75 and the Gigabyte B450M DS3H at £55, both refurbished.

My main question is, which one of these is better? Is the Aorus worth the extra money or will my setup not even be able to handle 4K at 60hz or is there a better motherboard altogether.

Thanks.

2200g can do 4k, but not in playable games, for watching movies, sure it will work. For gaming - no way
If you don't need the extra space of an Aorus and led, go DS3M - Notice NEW moitherboard £5 more than your refurbished.
ALSO - R5 2400G in this build
