Need Help Choosing A MotherBoard?!

Hello, i am currently building my first gaming pc, and i need some help with my motherboard choice, i am on a slight budget but i can spend a bit more money on a decent mobo. I am getting a FX 4300 (socket AM3+) and a Zotac 470 GPU, on my motherboard i need 4 slots of ram (16gb maximum) and 1 PCIe slot and 1 PCI slot (for a wireless card) it also needs 4 USB slots, any suggestions will be helpful and i will be very grateful :3
