Ok so i am going to buy myself a new graphics card, thinking about using between 200 and 300 usd.
My specs:
2x AMD Radeon HD7700 Series.
i7-4770K 3.50GHz
16GB ram
Z87-G45 GAMING
What do you guys recomend?

If it is the cheapest for you there, then sure. If there is only a $5 price gap, then I guess go GTR, but really otherwise it is just not worth it. Look at it as diminishing returns, all of those cards will perform nearly the same, spending an extra ten dollars for at best a few % more performance is not worth it.
In that price range I would look at the Rx 580 8GB. The 1060 beats it out in a few DX11 games but it really holds its own in DX12 and that extra 2GB of VRAM certainly doesn't hurt as games begin to use higher and higher resolution textures.

You can get a Sapphire RX 580 8GB Nitro+ Limited Edition at that price (most articles including the RX 580 review on here recommends it as the best one). Link > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ct2rxr/sapphire-radeon-rx-580-8gb-nitro-limited-edition-video-card-11265-00. You won't find a stronger card within your budget NEW. Used market might find a previous gen card like a Fury and such for cheap so keep an eye out for that as said above. Next up from this card would be a GTX 1070 so could also keep an eye on special sales for it but i wouldn't expect to see it hover below $300 USD. Hope this helps :)

at stock? they will all be within a few % just go by price. as for overclocked, the Nitro + LE, XFX GTR, and the ASUS Strix will likely all land at the top. where exactly would likely come down to the individual chips. I still think the XFX GTR might win. It also has a Bios Switch.

could you give me a link with the xfx gtr youre thinking about? and what games do you think ill be able to run smoothly on high?

do i want to go for the 480 or 580? whats the difference ?

The 580 is the exact same chip that was rebadged by AMD from a 480 to a 580. as part of the rebadge they upped the voltage limits, so that the card is factory overclocked. If you want to do the overclocking your self, then it does not matter. Ideally some of the 580s might be slightly newer chips which if polaris is still indeed being optimized (it seems the newer 480s and 580s do seem to overclock slightly better sometimes), then I guess look into an XFX GTR 580 black edition (same PCB)

I cannot wait for Vega, as then rebadges will not be an issue, as yes, they make little sense.

so i found two 580's

sorry its in norwegian but wich of those would you recomend the most? the oc+ or the li.oc?

hmmm Norwegian looks a bit like german. The GTR (OC) one is better than the GTS (OC+) but here is the important point, the GTR is great, but if you can get any of those three (the Nitro+ Limited edition, The GTR, or the Asus Strix) just get the cheapest.

so the Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8GB Nitro+ Li. Ed would be the best buy?
