Need help choosing between Id-Cooling SE-913x and Deepcool Iceblade 200m CPU coolers

Hey guys, i couldn't find many reviews about these two coolers, but where i live they're the cheapest options by far and they don't seem too bad. Im currently using the stock Intel cooler with my i7-4790 (non-k version, so no OC), and while playing demanding games the temps get a bit too high for my liking (around 75-76º). Im not expecting outrageous results, just making sure my temps stay below 70º will suffice. Anyone used them? Will they serve the purpose?

any of then will probably provide an improvement over stock cooler.
But why not to use tried CM 212 EVO ? it's in the same price range and does the job very well for non overclocked CPU.

There's two reasons. My case doesn't have enough clearance for a 212 evo. Also, it's about 40% more expensive where i live. The options my budget allows are the two i posted.

I don't think there is a major (significant) performance difference between them.
I'd go for the ID-Cooling since usually - more heat pipes = lower temperature

Bump, anyone around here uses any of the two brands? How's the quality for the price?
