Need help choosing between these 2 RAMs

So I have these 2 choices or RAM, wich one should I choose?
Choice 1: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x4GB DDR3 1600mhz CL9 (product link)

Choice 2: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHZ CL7-8-8-24 (product link)

Will see much better performance out of the 1600/CL7 set

Ok, and can I overclock the Vengeance one?

Might be able to get the CL7 set to 2133, the 9 set, don't know prob 1866/10 anyway
