I'm stuck choosing a budget monitor around the 120usd (roughly converted from philippine peso) price range. I mainly use the PC for architectural works and visualization, and a bit of casual gaming from time to time. Currently, my aim is a 22", 1080p display with decent-to-high build quality. The thinner the bezel, the better. I'm upgrading from an 8-year old, 18.5", 720p acer monitor, so this is a huge upgrade for me.
Right now, I'm stuck between:

I don't know much about all these IPS, contrast, brightness value stuff but here's a more detailed comparison between the two.
I plan to connect my old monitor along with the new one up until I save enough money to buy another one of the same model.
