Need help choosing compatible AM4 motherboard with RAM

Hi,

I'm building a new pc for gaming and light modding, editing. I have chosen already:
Ryzen 5 1600
Most likely GTX 1060 6gb
Fractal Design Define R5

I want to buy this RAM: https://www.megekko.nl/product/2046/143712/DDR4/G-Skill-DDR4-Ripjaws-V-2x8GB-3000/ since it's a lot cheaper than corsair for example. I have been hearing that Ryzen really loves 3000mhz RAM or higher.

The problem is though, I can't seem to find a motherboard that properly supports this RAM at 3000mhz, and I really don't want to put down more money for speeds which won't happen. So, any motherboard suggestions and/or other RAM suggestions? It's a budget build so I don't need the most expensive MB, many features I won't even use.

EDIT: I also found out the Ryzen 1600 apparantly doesn't even support 3000 mhz? It's on the official page. Any help on that?

Found this in another thread "testing indicates faster RAM helps the Intra-core communication of the Ryzen CPU, but the speed up seems to drop off after 2666, so probably not worth buying anything faster than that unless you just don't care about the price difference."
