I would pick 1 of THESE CPU coolers at the minimum.

Also you build has a few odd options for the $.

* CPU is good and all, but if your not going to OC save some $ and buy i7 4790 (~$40-50 savings) or even step down the i5 4590 and save about $150. You will have similar gaming performance (if that is the primary reason for the computer).
* Mobo is fine for a non-OC'ing CPU (not the k-series CPU's).
* HD is fine, but you would like an SSD much more, assuming you can afford the $70-100 for a 240-256 gb SSD (Samsung 850 EVO is about $80 or Crucial BX100 for similar $).
* GPU is fine, but if you bought the i5 I listed above, then you could afford the GTX 970, which will game much better than the GTX 960.
* The PSU is WAY over powered...
I use air coolers..there much safer to use if the pc is not used as a lan box. with air coolers the only failure points are the thermail paste drying out or a fan failiure. with the thermail paste it 10.00 a tube when it on sale. also most local computer stores carry 120-200mm cpu fans in stock.

water coolers if the unit leaks....short out your rig. if the pump failes you have to put the stock cooler on till the replacment comes in.

It is up to you, but there are some things to consider. I'm not saying your build is bad, just seems to be a bit lopsided, IMHO.

Thanks, sorry i'm just new to all of this, just trying to get opinions

Not a problem at all. We all have been where you are at, so don't take any offense. I try to help out whenever possible and give sound advice where I can. I just know that most people on this site are usually looking for the best gaming PC for the least amount of $. Obviously there are situations where having a more powerful CPU is needed, but for most gaming situations if you have a Quad core Intel CPU you are good to go.

thx man
