Need help choosing Gaming Desktop

Speeds will be pretty much identical, but the Ryzen build comes with a solid state drive, that would be the one I would pick.

Other issue is that Cyberpower and in general the lower tier gaming computer vendors tend to use cheap components, especially with the power supply. The power supply is very important in keeping the system stable and reliable. You may want to look into the exact model they use and maybe replace it, or configure your own on their web site and pick a better power supply.
