Need Help Choosing Gaming Monitor

I would like to buy a gaming monitor for my new gaming PC that I will be buying and putting together soon. I want an IPS monitor that does not have any ghosting issue and screen tearing when gaming, watching movies or shows, and basically everything else. For the resolution, I would like it to be a full HD, 1920x1080 screen. My budget is $200. If anyone is able to help me choose a monitor, that would be a big help. Thanks guys!

Monitors are kind of a matter of option. Also screen tearing is not monitor specific they all have the potential to tear when the GPU is not displaying the frames in sync with the monitors refresh rate. LG is making some really nice monitors now in days but it's best to have a look at them in person if you can.

I can't really see the monitors in person unfortunately, but what I have been doing is looking reviews on YouTube to kind of see what other people think and how the screen looks. Choosing a monitor is the hardest for me, I am not sure why. If this helps, the GPU I am getting is the EVGA GTX 970, CPU is the Intel Core i5-4690, if you need any more specs, I will post a link of the full list of parts.

I am looking for a monitor, what size screen should I get if my face will be about 2 feet away from it?

Ok, but how far away do you sit from the screen? Since I am sitting at my desk, using a keyboard and mouse, I will be pretty close to the screen, like I said, about 2 feet, so I think 27" would be too big, I do not want to see the pixels. Do you think 21.5" would be good for sitting 2 feet away? I only have a laptop at the moment, the screen is about 15.5" and the screen feels pretty comfortable.
