Need help choosing Motherboard for a Gaming Build.

So heres my story,
A week ago I had a sudden interest in Gaming computers since i was looking up some new upcoming games on Youtube. So i started my research on how to build a gaming computers. My friend suggested me a website called PcPartPicker so i went on there and started looking up computer parts and their reviews and Performance on youtube. So its been a week researching on something like this first time in my life. I know alot of stuff about GPUs, CPUs and other computer parts but I got stuck on the Motherboard part. Damn I looked up several motherboards but i don't seem satisfied with any of it. There is alot of complicated stuff i have no idea about, thats where experts of tomhardware come in. I need your help guys to figure out a good motherboard for my setup i am putting together. I am basically stuck on this part. Any suggestions would be a HUGE help for me.

So i want something that I can upgrade in the feature. I dont intend to overclock anything but there is a chance I might if I Upgrade Parts in the near feature that has Overclocking on it. I want something that can Handle Maxed out Ultra settings for BF4 and the games that are coming soon, Like GTA 5 for PC.

Before I started researching I setup a budget for 1000 dollars including the Accessories like Mouse, Keyboard, and Monitor. But I always seem to bump the prices above 1000 when i put a pretty good build together. So now I have added another 100 dollars towards the build which should help put the price issue to the rest.

Great build , one change , the Corsair power supply is a no go POOR quality , get this Seasonic Gold 550w.

Hmm The PSU that you recommended (Power Supply: XFX XTR 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ Newegg Canada) Doesn't have any rating, and its only been used in one build. I am looking for something long lasting and futureproof and a good one under the same price. Which also had a good reputation for cable management

Update: Hmm I am looking up some reviews on it I may use it I always like something which will look good

XFX uses Seasonic internals in that PSU. It is a good one for sure.
