Need help choosing new GPU

okay, so my current build isn't that great, a6-3650 with the integrated 6350d graphics (bought from best buy a few years ago) and I have this one guy on craigslist offering a 560 Ti for $100 used, but I could get a 750 Ti new for around $40 more, what's my best choice price to performance. i'll be playing battlefield 3 and 4, call of duty, war thunder, minecraft and I want to play with high settings at 1080p with 70+ FPS (bf4 not included)
Any ideas? I am tight on a budget as I am 17 with no job so I am selling old things.

The 750 ti draws power from the motherboard pcie slot and doesn't require an additional power connector. It takes like 75 watts I believe. Very low power

yup, on pcpartpicker it says 60 watts. i'll check my PSU tomorrow
