Question Need help choosing one of these two monitors

I am looking to buy a budget Dell monitor for graphic design. (Adobe Ai & Ps)

Currently I am interested in these two:


Dell U2417H:

Could use some help in choosing. Both are similar in price and size. Main different is first monitor comes with 1080p while the second monitor comes with 1440p.

The only difference I can see is the P2418D is a higher resolution, brighter and a 1ms less response time. So I would go with the P2418D.
