Need help choosing parts for Master Blaster

Needs - Very fast, able to run auto cad programs like solidworks, MS office, picture programs, video editing, home stuff, 2-4 monitors, not into gaming.
Parts considering - Intel Xeon or i7 w/ 4-8 core w/ 8-16 thread, Asus MB w/ chip set z170 or z97. dual Quadro video cards w/ 8+ Gb, 64+ Gb memory,USB 2+3, plus xtra plug ins for extra boards, SSD main drive, 5-3TB xtra drives.
I need help from someone who knows which parts work with which and not spend where it wont do any good getting the best or fastest. Spending is not an issue, doing it right is. Fast and flexable.

you could step up the CPU to a 1270 for about $70 more (3.7 ghx, 4.0 turbo) this setup uses all 6 SATA ports, so you'd need a USB DVD/Blue Ray if yu wanted one. the Quadro cards apparent don't play together for SLI, so I only got one.

The Asus board you pointed out, being a gaming board do I miss out on any power computing, as in programs with cpu use in auto cad programs?

no. its still a C232 server board (based on the B150) It just has gaming bells and whistles on it (liek the red color). in spite of that, it is less expensive than, say, Supermicro's C232 boards, which is why I picked it
