Need help choosing parts for Master Blaster

Needs - Very fast, able to run auto cad programs like solidworks, MS office, picture programs, video editing, home stuff, 2-4 monitors, not into gaming.
Parts considering - Intel Xeon or i7 w/ 4-8 core w/ 8-16 thread, Asus MB w/ chip set z170 or z97. dual Quadro video cards w/ 8+ Gb, 64+ Gb memory,USB 2+3, plus xtra plug ins for extra boards, SSD main drive, 5-3TB xtra drives.
I need help from someone who knows which parts work with which and not spend where it wont do any good getting the best or fastest. Spending is not an issue, doing it right is. Fast and flexable.
