Need Help Choosing RAM Corsair vs G-Skill

Hello, I am planning to upgrade my RAM in my gaming PC. At the moment I have 8gb at 1333MHz from an old PC, so I would like some help choosing something newer and faster.

These two kits have stood out to me due to their ratings, but I'm unsure which to get.
1. Corsair Vengeance 2133MHz (2x4GB)

Corsair Vengeance, Corsair make more quality memory, although RipJaws is still good.

The Corsair Vengeance is more low profile, And better at overclocking.

They are both great truly. Vengeance do slightly better with overclocking and I actually had a set of G-Skill Ripjaws X 2133MHz (2x4GB) go bad on me (one stick) which was probably just one of those very random bad luck things, but from experience none the less I would recommend the Corsair Vengeance.

Ahh that Corsair Vengeance, Well if you have a large cpu cooler it may be too tall and you may have to put it in the 2nd and 4th ram slots, But Corsair Vengeance will out-perform the ripjaw any day of the week, Corsair are the leader in ram these days.

I own a pair of Corsair Vengeance's myself, couldn't be happier with them.
Both companies make quality RAM so don't think you could really go wrong with either of them.
Though I don't see why you'd go for 2133Mhz sticks considering it has no impact on gaming, there's approx. 4 fps difference going from 1600 to 2133Mhz ram, which in price is quite a big difference so imo not worth it unless you're not only gaming but also rendering videos and stuff.

Haha, I'm glad you noticed the links.
I've got an i7 3770 processor paired with the stock cooler, so there's plently of room. I'm thinking of getting a Corsair CPU water cooler sometime just because of how good they look. Haha

Yes their will be plenty of room with that cpu cooler, Although instead of a corsair water cooler you should build your own WC System, if you have money to blow...
Also dont go lower than a Corsair H80 as below that your not getting good performance compared to an air cooler.

The 1600MHz speed and the 2133MHz speed RAM kits are priced fairly similar, so, why not, right? Haha

Both of those sets are 2133/11 which is slow for 2133, be better off with a 1866/9 set, or if going to to go 2133 look for CL9/10, those would be better than the 1866/9 but these 11 sets are lower performers
