I'm hoping someone can help me choose from this list of laptops I've put together. My current interest/learning path has lead me to spend a lot of time using Virtual Machines, currently through VMware Workstation Pro.
Originally I wanted a laptop that will run 6 VMs simultaneously with no problems. However, if I'm being more realistic with my budget and needs, lets say 3 or 4.
I'm no expert, so if there's something aside from my list you think is best, please let me know.
These are all 8GB in RAM but I'd likely buy more to insert if need be.
■ Dell Inspiron i7559-2512BLK, is what I'm favoring so far, but also pricey for me.
- 6th Gen. Intel Core i7
- 8 GB RAM (may buy more)

- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

ASUS K501UW-AB78 gaming laptop
- intel core i7
- GTX 960M
- 8gb RAM
- 512GB SSD
I will very much appreciate anyone's time and expertise, I'm awful with decisions!
Minor details:
- Don't care much about weight/size.
- Light up keyboard would be nice.
- My budget is flexible but if I have no need to be spending over $800, please let me know.
- I might be interested in dual-booting once I'm 100% comfortable with Linux, or possibly even switching, this isn't too important though.
I'll very much appreciate any input as I'm terrible with making decisions!
