Need help choosing Z68/P67 board

Im looking for new LGA1155 motherboard around the 140E price tag.

I was looking for:

Would be nice if the board had SLI but not necessary.

Which one of these would be better or if they even have difference in performance etc.

Both are pretty much the same performance. The Gigabyte offers additional Marvell SATA3 ports (good and bad; not used Disable) and the ASRock slightly better onboard sound and PCIe 3.0. PCIe 3.0 maybe next+next gen GPU's will have an edge. Both have slightly sub par Phases to OC the SB 'K' CPU.

Other than that is there some other special 'doodad' you require?

Im Looking to overclock a bit meaby to 4,5ghz max. Dont really need anything fancy for the board. Could i possible get better board with same price if there is no SLI?

4.5GHz can be done on an 8 Phase MOBO, but with a higher vCore. 4.5GHz is in the area where the choices are less clear; the typical 8 Phase requires 1.35v~1.45v @ 4.5GHz vs 1.35v on 12 Phase or higher LGA 1155 MOBO's.

Alternatives for 4.5GHz and higher:
ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) ; P67 actually offers slightly faster SATA, USB, and Frame Rate (negligible)
ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3

I found a MSI P67A-GD55 B3 for 130e which normaly is 180e do you think that would be good board too since the ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) i could only find for 160e. I couldnt find any information about how many Phases the MSI has tho.

The MSI P67A-GD55 is an on average 4.5GHz @ 1.35v, but I'm not a fanboy of MSI; more on the materials and build quality. MSI does offer a 3 year warranty. My preferences are ASUS, EVGA, and Gigabyte for LGA 1155.

My advice is to flash the BIOS using M-Flash before installing the OS, same goes with any LGA 1155.
