Need help chosing a MoBo

So, earlier this year I asked help in some forums to build a pc.
These are the specs:
Intel Core i5 4460
MSI GTX 970 4G
Seasonic M12II-620 PSU
Samsung 850 EVO Basic (120Gb, 2.5")
Seagate Barracuda (1000Gb)

What Mobo should I get?

You should get some basic H97 motherboard, if budget is a problem go for B85, but H97 usually is best for the price, since you won't be overclocking/

Budget's not a problem as long as it isn't more expensive than 150 USD.
What do you think of the MSI H97 GAMING 3?

Well its very good, even will support SLI in the future, so it's a great motherboard. Though I would personally cut the motherboard money a little and replace the 4460 with a 4590, since it provides higher performance (like 15-20%) for 10-20$.
