I got messed about with a PC I was going to buy, so I've decided to go to a local store and get one instead of building. (PCWorld). I'm looking for something that'll run my games smoothly (Skyrim, L4D etc) at a nice quality. (My laptop can run them at medium settings anything above that doesn't stand a chance.)

I was looking at a HP Envy (£1,179 - including monitor) so anything under that budget will be very much appreciated.
Sorry this is all a bit long winded but any help is very much appreciated :)

I've looked into it but I'm really unsure as to what I'd need etc. I haven't had a desktop for a while only laptops, plus i'd need it to be on finance

There, everything included which is A LOT more powerful and A LOT more reliable than the one you chose.

Pick the build that Novuake suggested -- building a computer is definitely cheaper and more upgradeable + will save you a TON of money in the long run.

If you need help building a computer there are some pretty detailed computers around.

I'd build it, but I need it on finance, and the places I've looked seem over priced and so on.
