Again even if didn't work the way you wanted there is nothing you can do about it. It is a unmanaged switch which means no configuration.

As long as your router does not set packet markings it will not do anything anyway.
You can't because it is a unmanged switch and second you don't need to for a couple of reasons.

First the switch like almost all modern switches is what is called wire speed/nonblocking. These means all port can run at 1gbit up and 1gbit down all at the same time.

Second the way QoS works on the switch is it uses 802.1p packet tags. If you do not put tags on your packets then there is nothing to give priority to. This feature is seldom used even in buisness there is almost never a bottleneck on a LAN. Packet tags are stripped off by a router as it passes between lan segments.
