That only leaves the MB, CPU, or RAM.
If you have more than 1 stick of ram, only install one and then test. If it fails, remove the ram and install the other stick and test again.
I'd use different RAM slots during testing too...
If it still happens, then you can assume the RAM is either good, or multiple sticks are bad.
If you know the RAM is good, then that leaves CPU and MB.
If the CPU wasn't over heating earlier, you can assume it is the motherboard.
That is how I'd test.
