*I already got from my previous Build the following:

**EVGA GTX 970 (will update in the near future not right now)
**x3 1 tb segate HD

are these parts well compatible?

Thanks a lot.

Yep, but that 700w psu isn't exactly great, non of the Evga x1 series were. You'd be far better off with a better quality 650w unit instead, such as the Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus Plus Gold or Evga G2

No, worries, happy gaming.
Oh, typically, the gtx970 and an i7 are perfectly fine on a 550w, (I have a high OC 3770k /gtx970 on Evga G2 550w) as maxalge suggested, but you have stated that you will upgrade the gpu sooner or later and something like a gtx1080/ti would be better on a 650w, especially with cpu OC. Just to clarify why I suggested the 650w over a cheaper 550w. Better to spend a few $ more now, than spending double when getting the upgrade gpu. That Seasonic is good for 10 years, so there's plenty of time.
