Need help connecting Xbox One and PC to a monitor with just 1 display port input

I am trying to hook up my Xbox One and my PC to my Acer XB270HU without having to constantly take one cable out and swap whenever I want to switch devices. Is their anything that can allow me to plug both into it and has an input switch built in so I can swap between my Xbox and PC on the same display port input?

My monitor only has 1 Display port input by the way otherwise i would just use a HDMI to display port converter.

Sorry if the wording is bad hopefully you can get an idea of what I mean and thanks to anyone who can help me out in advance.

ARe you hooking your pc up to your monitor via displayport directly for any reason or can you use a HDMI for that?

a hdmi switch box is only like $20 and then a active hdmi to displayport adapter would work.

but if you need the displayport for like 144hz or hi rez, then it gets trickier.

The XB270HU is 144hz 1440p g-sync so i'm pretty sure i would need it to be display port is there something similar to that that would also have display port on it?
