Hey!

I have a few prebuilds in mind, but im not quite sure what would be better for me. I want it to be able to run my 3 monitors, play games at 144 hz over 100 fps and in the future VR games.
My current pc acts out when i use all 3 screens the ram and cpu shoots up and youtube just freezes.

Below are the setups Im considering, some are luquid cooled and say they need no maintenance not sure if thats true or not. Also wont be using wifi.

1: Komplett Premium a145 Gaming Dator - I don't know enough about ryzen in general.

graphics card: ASUS Radeon RX 5700 DUAL EVO OC
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Cooling: CM Masterliquid ML120L ARGB Komplett Edition
DDR4 memory HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 2666MHz 16GB,
SSD: Samsung PM991 512GB M.2 SSD,
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B450-F GAMING, Socket-AM4
PSU: Corsair TX550M, 550W PSU

2: Komplett Gamer - Crazy Core i9 Edition - Actually considering this build, could upgrde the graphics card to ASUS Radeon RX 5700 DUAL EVO OC for about 200 USD more.

graphics card: ASUS GeForce GTX1660 DUAL EVO
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900 Processor
Cooling: CM Hyper H411R RGB Black Edition
DDR4 memory: HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz 8GB
SSD: Kingston A2000 250GB NVMe M.2 SSD
Motherboard: ASUS TUF B360M-Plus Gaming, S-1151
PSU: Cooler Master B500 V2 KOMPLETT Edition
Network card: Svive Gaming Virga

3: Sharkgaming espot edition - considering this one as well might upgrade the ram to: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8GB 2666MHz RAM

CPU: INTEL CORE I7-9700F
Graphics card: ASUS DUAL RTX 2070 SUPER 8G EVO
Motherboard: ASUS TUF B360-PLUS GAMING BUNDKORT
Liquid cooling: COOLER MASTER ML120L RGB
Ram: KINGSTON HYPERX FURY 2X8GB 2666MHZ
PSU: FSP HYDRO 700W 80 PLUS BRONZE STRÖMFÖRSÖRJNING
SSD: INTEL 660P 512GB NVME SSD
Soundcard: REALTEK® ALC887-VD2, 8-CHANNEL HD AUDIO CODEC
Network card: REALTEK® RTL8111H, TUF LANGUARD

4: Mighty shark deep blue

CPU - INTEL CORE I7-9700KF PROCESSOR
Cooling: SHARK GAMING BLOODFREEZER 360 RGB WATERCOOLING
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS BUNDKORT
Graphics card - ASUS ROG STRIX GTX1660 SUPER O6G GAMING
RAM - KINGSTON HYPERX FURY RGB 2X8GB 2666MHZ
PSU - FSP HYDRO 700W 80 PLUS BRONZE STRÖMFÖRSÖRJNING
SSD: INTEL 660P 512GB NVME SSD
Soundcard: REALTEK® ALC S1200A

9900K isn't worth it imho for price to performance, plus your missing the GPU.

I'd agree with the custom part list. You know exactly what you're getting.

The only change I might suggest to @WildCard999 's build is:

https://se.pcpartpicker.com/product...-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020178-na
650W, so 100W more headroom, and brings the PSU price down to kr1299

Or
https://se.pcpartpicker.com/product...-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020194-na
Also 650W, but slightly cheaper at kr1159 while still being a good quality PSU.
im going for the corsair rm 2019 650w.

9900K isn't worth it imho for price to performance, plus your missing the GPU.

Disregard the error message, the board ships with updated BIOS. Build has some RGB and will perform well for gaming and multitasking.

Could you find a shop to build it for you for a reasonable price?

Can't find the motherboard locally any other one you could recommend?

Also, as a side note, I got a board (B450 based, that supported speeds of 3200 and faster for RAM). However, my CPU, because it's a Ryzen 1600 (1st gen Ryzen), didn't seem quite happy with that. I didn't experiment with it too much, but it wasn't stable at 3200, so I set the speed to 3066, and it's been happy since.

I couldn't complain though, because at the time I purchased the 3200MHz RAM, it was on sale for less money than the 3000Mhz RAM I had considered.

If that happens, and you wind up running at 3000MHz (or 3066, or 2933) with the RAM, you really lose only a tiny amount of performance, and it wouldn't be noticeable in gaming.

The CPU supports 2666 but the board supports (which is what actually matters) 3200 and that's what you want to use.

Will the board run what it can automatically or will I have to overclock it/set the speed to lower I'm confused lol.

I believe that most boards will start off running the RAM at a very low speed, just to ensure everything boots up. Once you know it all works, you can reboot, go into the BIOS and find the options to set the XMP profile for whatever RAM you bought, which should be at its full speed.

In my particular case (most likely because my CPU is an R5 1600), that would result in instability. I had to then go in and experiment a bit, and thus manually set it to 3066Hz.

Most likely, though, it will just be a case of set it and forget it.

The memory needs to be in the correct slots (usually A2/B2) and XMP needs to be enabled in the BIOS. It's usually called XMP but may be called something else like AXMP.
How do I know the speed I choose does good or if i need to lower the speed? I was thinking of going with the msi b450 tomahawk and it says it can handle ddr4 at 3200.
So I googled it and understand what you both mean with it being able to support it but it's funny the store didn't mention that.

If it's a retail store that does builds they're going to try to sell to you, all stores do that unfortunately. The Microcenter in my area tries that with me all the time either trying to get me to buy something more expensive or to buy store warranties which I deny as there is manufacturer warranties however they push it hard due to the fact they are commission based.

As for checking go into the BIOS and check the memory speed, it should be at what it's rated for (3000 or 3200). If it's at 2133 then make sure the memory is in the correct slots which is the A2/B2 slots then make sure XMP is enabled which is usually under a Performance tab in the motherboard BIOS screen.

Yea it's tough to defend what your buying when you have little knowledge of it. When I was younger I got worked over well by a car salesmen that pretty much ruined like 6 years of my life as it was far too expensive and ended up living in the damn thing for a short time as I didn't have enough for the vehicle and apartment while working two jobs. Probably one of the worst times in my life and even to this day I despise commission sales as they don't think what is best for the customer but what's best for there paycheck.

Damm im sorry to hear, usually before i buy anything expensive i try to get help from someone that actually knows what they're doing
But of course it's not always possible. Fully agree that commission sales are worst especially when they first are being friendly building up trust then try and Removed you over.
