Need help deciding between 2 monitors. Noob here. Thanks.

I am new to pc gaming. My desktop has a gtx 650. I am returning my Samsung 22" led hd for something better. I am torn between a Samsung 23.6" led hd 5ms 1920x1080 for $180, or a LG 21.5" IPS led had 5ms for $140. I would greatly appreciate any help. I can't choose without getting some feedback from those who know what they are talking about.

IPS!!!!!!! Dont even question the Samsung unless it is also IPS, which I doubt. Get that LG (or a bigger one 😀).
