Need help deciding between HDTV and monitor

Hello everyone I'm not very tech savvy so need some help regarding a new monitor. I'm currently using a 32" Olevia tv as a monitor and it's not that great so was thinking about upgrading. I was thinking of getting the LG 32LF5600 tv but read that monitors would be better so I'm also interested in the Samsung S32D850T. Does anyone know of a good 32" monitor/tv? I will mainly be using this just for general browsing and watching youtube videos. Thanks again.

Not really but have heard Samsung tv's are not quite as reliable as I would like. Other than that I don't really mind what brand.
