Need help deciding between two laptops

I wont be using much hard drive space so the difference between 320gb and 500gb isn't really big of a deal.

Which processor is better? will the AMD one be better at streaming movies because of the radeon r2 graphics?

The second (the one with the Celeron) would be a bit better as the CPU is stronger.
