Need Help Deciding on a GPU

Im trying to pick a card to upgrade from my HIS 7770 GHZ Edition and ive narrowed it down to a few cards. Would really appreciate some opinions

I recommend from the AMD side, an MSI Gaming R9 270 or 270x they are great cards and can play BF4 on Ultra. From the Nvidia side I recommend a GTX 760 or if you can push it GTX 770 from MSI's Gaming Series. GTX 770 can play all games High-Ultra settings, but GTX 760 is better on a budget and can still play a load of games high-ultra
