Need help deciding on a motherboard and RAM

I have 2 E5-2660's CPUs. I need a motherboard that is about 350 dollars that will work with these CPUS. I am planning or making a data/proxy server. I am looking for 6 or more 6.0GB SATA ports. Also, I am looking for some ram (32-64 GB) so if you have any ideas about that, It would be much appreciated! Thanks,
