Hey All,
I am building a small desktop computer to be the "living room" build. This will be using micro ATX sizing. It will be for multiple users and there will usually be lots of windows open at once. Nothing very demanding though, just web browsers (250+ tabs at one time), light photo editing and office programs. This will be in Canada.
Here are the two builds that I have created, any thoughts would be welcomed!

Build 2: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/4V22hM

I think you're absolutely onthe right track, however you could very well save quite a bit more money and spend on a less expensive CPU.

For your described purposes an AMD FX-6300 or 8320E or Intel i3-6100 would more than do the job and make web browsing snappy and comfortable, even with many tabs open. This is if youz want to halve the spend on a CPU.

Otherwise you are on the right track with the selected CPUs as they will last you a very long time time indeed should the use of the pc remain the same.
