Question Need help deciding what parts to use for PC Gaming build

I aready have a graphics card and a processor and I am unsure what other parts I should get for the rest of the build. I want to spend about 1500-2000 € / 1664,17-2218,89$ in total (including graphics card and processor) The less money spent the better.

graphics card: RTX 2080
processor: Intel i7 8700k
