Need help deciding what to upgrade in my gaming rig.

Hey, I could use some help deciding which part of my pc to upgrade and to what.
My budget is 800 dollars.

My current rig contains:

GPU: Gtx 980
CPU: i7 3770 (Non k version)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A -G43, Socket - 1155
PSU: Silver Power SP - SS850 850W
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Midi Tower
Ram: Corsair XMS3 1600MHz 16GB Vengeance CL9

Why do you think you need to upgrade? What needs to be better? Have you overclocked the GPU any? Unless there is a serious problem, I'd be waiting another generation of CPU/GPU.

The 980 is still a great, relevant GPU, and the 3770 is capable of driving it, and the hyperthreading will handle polythread games (no that there are that many). Kaby lake may be better enough, and by the time Pascal comes out your GTX 980 might be worth upgrading.
