Need help deciding which case I should go with

I've been currently looking at the Crystal 460x rgb and 570x rgb but I'm a bit worried with the cable management with these cases. I want to stick to an RGB theme and want a large tempered glass panel. Also, I want a case that has a basement compartment for the PSU. Would like to keep the price below 200 CAD if possible. This is my second build. My last build was back in 2013 and I used the Coolermaster HAF 912.

I'm wondering if I'll be able to top mount the water cooling rad and still be able to install the RAM in the 460 or 570 cases. Was looking at the Hardware Canucks review and he had to use low profile memory.
