need help deciding which laptop to get

im confused about these two and here are the specs and they will be used basically in gaming

and would any of them last for 3 years?as i want to play games on at least medium quality....sry for my bad english

Choose the asus, the gpu maybe older but the performance increase is not worth it. Plus the asus has a better storage and cooling than the lenovo. And yes the asus will last 3 years of playing games at med settings easily.

I have another laptop but its used,its an alienware with intel Core i7-4800MQ,16 gb ram and Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 770M with 3GB GDDR5 and 1.5 TB HDD with 1400$ but im afraid of laptop failure after a few months but it would last 3 years with high quality games,right?and what do u think about being used for a year?as i said keep in mind its used for a year as someone told me it could fail after a few months and its without warranty,but i think its way better specs than the other two

I would stay away from used as you don't know when it will break. Asus have a good record of keeping their laptops working for a long time so you shouldn't have to worry about it.

I personally have never used an alienware laptops but most people say they are overpriced. If anyone has owned an alienware, could you share your experience.
