Need help deciding

Hi,
It’s time for me to purchase a Graphics card. After a long time saving money I came up with $400. So, I went to the newegg webpage and started looking at some GTX 660 Ti cards. My current built has Intel i5 3570k, Gigabyte B75M-D3H motherboard, 2X4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM etc. I also wanted a Z77 Motherboard and found an Asrock Z77 Pro4 motherboard. The Gigabyte GTX 660 Ti and the motherboard will cost me $410. But then I looked at the Gigabyte 670 OC priced at $390.
I want to play all latest games at maxed effects. Will the GTX 670 work well with my current system or should I go for the GTX 660Ti and the motherboard combo?

My philosophy is to purchase the most card you can afford, even if it means stretching your budget a bit. It's better than regretting the decision and wishing you had gone for it. If you can afford it, the GTX 670 is going to be about 10% faster.

didn't say what monitor/resolution.

if you're not in a hurry you can get a 670 for $339 after rebates if you keep your eyes open.

but between the 2, the 670 no doubt.

in what way. I run nothing but mATX boards, or should say buy now. nothing wrong with them.

before you know it the ATX boards will be as "scarce" as micros used to be. the world is getting smaller........... mini itx next. then all in one's.

buy 2020 something the size of a cigarette box will be powering your gamer.
