Need Help Deciding

Question For My Build
I was wondering which would be the best build for future proofing as both builds have their advantages and disadvantages.

I prefer the AM3+ build over the FM2 as it has the more cores for the CPU.

Most of the Parts I’ve already bought except for the CPU,GPU and Motherboard.

Only 1 stick totaling 4GB of RAM? There will be a performance increase in 2x4GB modules, especially in gaming.
The AM3 build is better performance.

The 4GB more (totaling 8GB) of RAM or the AM3 processor? Either way both are a good choice at making your system able to handle games longer than a 7850k or just 4GB of RAM.
If you haven't already bought the power supply you could instead get a smaller unit (like 600w) and save some money there unless you plan on going CrossFire
