need help *DELETED*

can someone please explain to me which frequency is listed in memtest86 and does it effect performance
Can you restate this question. Don't understand what you're your trying to get at?

and whats better to have a higher mem test frequency or a higher pcXXXX like pc4000 frequency (sorry about my non technical types of frequency)
Umm, here again not sure what you mean, but maybe there's some confusion because of the nomenclature.
pc 3200 = 200mhz (or 400mhz because its double-data rate, ie multiply by 2)

pc 2700 = 166/333 mhz

pc 2100 = 133/266

I'd be guessing on pc4000, don't have any.

Hope that helps somewhat. Might wanna got Corsair or Crucial site and look for memeory guides which may explain many things for you 😉

Soerry about that unreadable post but i was really pissed when i wrote that.
What i ment was when you run memtest86 there is a Bandwith in the upper right hand corne its right under the cpu speed so any way my memtest bandwith fluctuates when i overclock the mem from pc3200 to pc40000memmory instead of the bandwith getting higher it gets lower but only in memtest86 so what i wanted to know was are these numbers the bandwith? and should i tweak for higher bandwith or frequency?
Also do you know what the turbo option in asus bios does
for some reason the bandwith in memtest 86 goes up fron 2231 to 2450 thats good i would guess but my sytem blue screens when the turbo feature is on, even when i was installing the os. when the turbo feature isnt on it works without any problems
I'm running corsair xms pro xtra low lattency 2-2-2-5

Most of the time that Turbo setting affects the RAM, generally sets the timings more aggressive. With your RAM obvisuly your timings aren't going to get any lower, so if you try and go lower, you are going to get errors. With cheaper RAM, many times you can get better timings, hence, the reason why it worked before.

Not sure, I downloaded mem86, but it wants a floppy, so I will have to try and find a drive to run the program and see what you are talking about.

As for the bandwidth:

PCWizard04 is a good freeware program, if you run the benchmark for the RAM, it will tell you your bandwidth.
