Need Help Determining GPU Compatibility!

Hey, I have a Gigabyte 78LMT USB3 Motherboard, and I've been told by a TigerDirect online service rep that it won't be able to use an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU. Is this true? If so, what are some GPUs of the same or lower price that offer performance to rival an ASUS Radeon HD7770, which I'm returning due to general driver and card issues/framerate lockage.

The TigerDirect representative seems not to know what he's talking about. The motherboard has a PCI-Ex16 2.0 slot, which is fully compatible with the Geforce 750Ti. The only concern would be the power supply.

Thanks. He actually admitted to being wrong after I questioned him. I have a 550w PSU, so I'm good on that front. I notice you said it has PCIe 2. The GPU has PCIe 3, will that cause problems?

Nope. Not at all. PCI-E 2.0, 2.1, and 3.0 are all fully compatible with each other.
