Need help disabling some features on my brothers account

Hello,
I need a software that disables the execute (win + r), makes the programs icon on the task bar unclickeable, disable the power to download and uninstall stuff. And unable to open the windows menu. So my little brother stops touching and ruining my pc, thanks in advance.

couldn't you just put a password on your account, and make him use the guest account if he actually needs to use the pc?

He knows how to change the password from a guest account. with cmd, pretty simple

well dont let him use your computer at all? put a password on your account and turn off guest. then the worst he could do is shut it off

lol 1. Make Some user Accounts on your computer. 2. make one for you, with a password.

3. Make another account for him, with or without a password. maybe without so he can get in it easily.

He can not make changes to your account from within his account. Make your account an Administrator Account, so only you can make changes. That will solve the problem. because he can not get into the computer , unless he is in his own account and from there he can only do things that affect his log in .

That would be my reccomendation. There are probably other solutions as well
