I was on a budget and looking for a laptop that could suit my needs on road trips for the upcoming summer. I was hoping to run Rocket League at 720p, medium-high settings with about 50-60fps. That is the most demanding game I would be playing. Vega 8 seems to be a great option. Refurbished is fine with me, I just wanted it below 400 or really close to it.
These are the two laptops I was looking at:

To me, they look like the same thing other than the 256GB SSD and the 1TB HDD. I won't be storing much on the laptop, so I was going to go with the SSD, but it is a bit more money. I wanted to see if there were any more noticeable differences in the two before I chose between SSD and HDD, cost being the only factor really.
