Here is the Tom's Hardware best Power supplies list: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html

If you don't want to spend that much money on the 650 watt Seasonic PSU, I'd recommend something like a Corsair RM650: https://www.newegg.com/corsair-rm-series-rm650-cp-9020194-na-650w/p/N82E16817139101?Description=corsair rm650&cm_re=corsair_rm650--17-139-101--Product

Would that fit in a corsair 230t and if not do you know one that will work and fit, again thanks

Basically.

You should be able to see the 8 pin connectors on the side of the unit when looking at pictures of it. Not all PSUs are created equal though; you don't want to risk a low quality unit with a nice new RTX 3070. I personally like Corsair PSUs.

On the one, you linked here:https://www.newegg.com/corsair-rm-series-rm650-cp-9020194-na-650w/p/N82E16817139101?Description=corsair rm650&cm_re=corsair_rm650--17-139-101--Product

don't I need three 8 pin powers? one for CPU(4+4) and two for the GPU? or does the one 6+2 power turn into two 8 pins. (the GPU has two 8 pin slots)

If you are considering a particular PSU, examine its specs. It should list how many 4+4 connections and how many 6+2 connections it has. If it has a 4+4 connection and (2) 6+2 connections, you're good. If it has a 4+4 connection and only (1) 6+2 connection but the provided 6+2 cable splits into (2) 6+2 connections, then that'll also work as well. My Corsair AX1000 has these kinds of cables which allows me to plug my GPU into a single 6+2 connection.
