[SOLVED] Need help fast choosing a monitor

Hey I'm thinking about getting a monitor but I'm stuck between these two

if you're not buying this for gaming then go with a large IPS 60hz. if you're gonna game I wouldn't mind having a bit smaller screen with 75hz.

What made me take this decision was mostly because it's a ips panel and the other Benq monitor was a tn panel. Anyways thanks for helping!
