need help fast!! is the s12ii-620w bronze good enough

is the s12ii-620w bronze good enough for my new computer. These are the specs:
gpu: msi geforce gtx 1060 gaming x
cpu: i5 6600k
cpu cooler: silentiumpc fortis 3 he 1425
motherboard: ASUS H170 PRO GAMING
ram: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2 x 8 GB DDR4, 2666 MHz
storage: Western Digital Blue 1 TB (3,5" SATA 3.0) and Kingston HyperX FURY SSD 120 GB (2,5" SATA 3.0)

You'd be fine even with the 520W S12II.

for such high spec components i would not use a bronze rated PSU. Spend the money and get at least a gold. something like an EVGA supernova

There's 0 reason for him to spend the extra money to get better efficiency. The S12II series are good PSUs and more than sufficient.

sufficient yes. but with high spec components i would personally chose high spec psu. i also personally like the modular aspect. middle ground something like superflower golden green.

With PSUs, choosing is a matter of sufficiency, anything else is extra and has little direct benefit. If OP's willing to spend the extra money for modularity, nicer cables and potentially longer lifespan then alright, but he doesn't NEED a better PSU.

youre talking about efficiency!!! the peformance and stability of the seasonic s12ii is great hes perfectly fine !!!!
