Need help fast

I overclocked too much and i cant undon it. I did it with gpu tweak ,when i start pc it starts normally then for 30 sec it crashes and i can only start up normally in safe mode soo can i force remove it with geek(its uinstaller) and restart pc will start normally and be normal? or i shall do something else?
 
Solution
Reset the BIOS by clearing the CMOS. The fail safe way is to unplug the computers power, find the circular battery on the motherboard, remove it, WAIT 5 minutes, then put it back in. That will reset the BIOS to default, changing all your settings back to default.

If you reset the CMOS like I said, its possible something was damaged when you did this then. Try unplugging the GPU, resetting the CMOS ,then plugging it back in (all with machines power cord unplugged, for good measure unplug everything).
