Need Help Fast!

I just got my SSD in mail today and it came with a Cloning Kit (Yes I know its not the way to go) But! I am trying to clone only half my HDD over. Right now I have my 500 gb split into a 100 gb and a 400gb. I only want to "clone" over the 100 gb. In this program EZ Gig IV it shows that I have it in two, but I am not sure how to only click the 100gb partition now the full.? Can someone help!

Only someone who knows EZ Gig IV! If it came with the SSD, have you checked the SSD mfg's site?
