so my motherboard supports up to 3200mhz ram so if i overclock my ram to 3533 mhz and it runs stable is that my actual limit of the board if anything above that justs bootloops?
or is it just my cpu limit or ram limit?
cpu: r5 2600
asus tuf x470 plus gameing
hyinx cjr ram 1x8GB
so my other question how to determine what limit im hitting?if it is the cpu or mboard or ram

Your problem is the 1x8GB RAM, not clock speed. You need to get a matched set of 2x8GB. You are giving up 1/2 the RAM bandwidth by only having one DIMM. That is a MUCH bigger bottleneck than is the clock speed differences.
