Need help figuring out how to install the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

I recently finished building my PC and the motherboard that I use is the MSI Gaming m3. To install most of my drivers I went to the MSI website. (except for my video card driver, I went to the Geforce website for that) Downloading and installing the setup was easy to do for the other drivers, but I am having trouble with finding the audio driver setup. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated

With the other driver files, I just had to unzip it and I'll instantly find the application or setup for that driver and I'll just have to run it. But with this audio driver, once I download and look through it, there are multiple files and folders with different applications and set ups. So I am unsure on which setup to run.

You extract the zip file and in the main folder there's a Setup.exe file - run it and it'll install.

I have sound! I did'int think to click that because I tried clicking it last time it would not respond. I works now for some reason. Thank you!
